- Reservation details you provide when booking — name, contact information, stay dates, number of guests, and payment information processed by our booking providers.
- Form submissions — when you complete our Contact or Rental Agreement forms (hosted by EmailMeForm), we receive the information you enter, including your name, email, phone, address and signature.
- Cookies and usage data — only as described in “Cookies & Consent” below. We do not run analytics or marketing tracking until you opt in.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and manage your reservation and rental agreement.
- To respond to your questions and provide check-in instructions.

- To send information about your stay or, where permitted, occasional offers.
Cookies & Third-Party Content
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so simply browsing the site places nothing on your device.
Two features on our cabin pages come from outside companies and may set their own cookies:
- Availability calendar — provided by ReservationsOnline, so you can see open dates without leaving the page. It loads with each cabin page.
- 3D cabin tours — hosted by Aryeo and Matterport. Nothing is requested from them until you choose to start a tour.
Following a link to our booking partner, a tourism website or our Facebook page takes you to that company's site, where their own privacy policy and cookies apply.
Third-Party Services
Some features rely on trusted third parties who handle your data under their own privacy policies, including our booking providers (eviivo, Hocking Hills Online / ReservationsOnline), our form provider (EmailMeForm), our virtual-tour host (Aryeo/Matterport), and social links (Facebook). Third-party tours and calendars are not loaded until you consent or choose to load them.
Data Retention & Security
We keep reservation and agreement records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our website is intended for adults booking accommodations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
