Cabin Rental FAQ

Trickle Creek at Hocking Hills
Amish Built Luxury Hocking Hills Cabins
What is the maximum occupancy of your cabins?
Our cabins are equipped for 8 people maximum. No extra guests or visitors are permitted at any time. This policy is strictly enforced. You may be asked to leave without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. NOTE: maximum occupancy for the Honey Bear is 4 under Maximum Occupancy.

Why can we not gather firewood from your woods?
We like our fire pit areas to remain neat and tidy. Fact is, most firewood that is gathered from the woods will be wet and will not burn well, leaving heavy pieces of charred wood in our fire rings, which we end up needing to dispose of (very frustrating). In addition, when there has been rainy weather, you will end up with muddy shoes which ultimately ends up on our hardwood floods. PLEASE BRING SEASONED FIREWOOD. Wood is available at the nearby stores listed on your check-in instructions.

Where is the nearest grocery store to your cabins?
Either Walmart Supercenter at 12910 State Route 664 S. Logan, Ohio (8.4 miles) or Krogers at 31550 Cheiftain Drive, Logan, Ohio (6.4 Miles).

What are the sleeping arrangements?
Each cabin contains 4 queen beds in 3 separate sleeping areas. 2 queen beds are in the loft, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the lower level bedroom. Great for 3 couples and 2 kids or 2 couples and 4 kids. There are 2 full bathrooms in each cabin.

The Hannah’s Hideaway cabin now has a king bed in the master bedroom.  The Serenity Now cabin now has a King bed in the master bedroom.  The honey Bear cabin has a king bed in the Loft and a queen bed on the main level bedroom.

The Honey Bear cabin has a 30X cell phone booster which provides good signal for ATT, Verizon and Sprint/T-Moble.  Wi-Fi is available through your smart phone and works very well.

What is there to do during our stay at your luxury cabins?
There is plenty to do outside the luxury cabins! Most people come to the Hocking Hills area to hike the trails at Hocking Hills State Park. Hocking Hills State Park has several primary areas which include Cantwell Cliffs, Rock House, Conkles Hollow, Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls and Ash Cave. Hocking Hills State Park has over 13 miles of nicely groomed trails. Nearby, Lake Logan State Park is a 400 acre lake stocked with bluegill, crappie, bass, muskie, catfish, northern pike and saugeye.
