Rental Policies and Information

Arrival: Check in is 4:00 PM

 

Departure: Departure is 10 AM weekdays and 11 AM weekends.
No check-ins or Check-outs on Saturdays.


Minimum Stay:
A 2-night minimum stay is required.
A 3- or 4-night stay is required for Holidays.


Occupancy:

  • Children 1 year of age or older count as guests
  • Maximum occupancy varies by cabin. Please see cabin page.

Minimum Age to Rent:

  • Must be 30 years of age to rent all cabins except the Love Shack and Afternoon Delight cabins.
  • Must be 25 years of age to rent the Love Shack and Afternoon Delight cabins.
  • Photo ID required with reservation.

Payment:  A credit card is required for payment. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance of the rental including tax, cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit is charged 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card is required for the damage deposit.


Cancellations: If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking amount. No refunds are given within 30 days for any reason.


Weather/Driving Conditions: Our cabins are available for rental all year, so winter weather may come into play during your visit. We strongly suggest the use of 4-wheel drive vehicles during the winter months. We do NOT provide refunds for inclement weather.


Visitors/Guests/Occupancy Details: No extra guests or visitors other than those listed on the rental agreement are permitted.

Damages: We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay in addition to your security deposit. If you notice any damage upon your arrival, please inform us upon check-in.


Smoking: No smoking permitted inside of cabins under any circumstance. Smoking inside of cabins will result in a $100 fine.


Pets: NO PETS $500 fine or loss of deposit.


Loss of Use: Occasionally hot tubs, appliances, etc. break down. In addition, “Acts of God” such as loss of electricity, etc. occur. We will make every effort to remedy all situations, however, in the event of a failure, we do not make refunds of any kind for loss of use.


Phones: Phone service varies by cabin.  Please call if this concerns you.


Fireplaces: Gas fireplaces off May 1 through September 30th at the Hannah's Hideaway and Christine's Chalet cabin.


Noise policy: All guests are expected to respect the serenity of this unique environment and keep noise to a reasonable level. ONE warning will be given to noisy guests. After that, guest will be required to leave without a refund. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED!


Hunting or shooting: No hunting or shooting is permitted on the premises.
