Rental Policies & Information

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends. There are no check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.

Minimum Stay

A 2-night minimum stay is required. A 3- or 4-night stay is required for holidays.

Occupancy

• Children 1 year of age or older count as guests.
• Maximum occupancy varies by cabin — please see the cabin page.
• No extra guests or visitors beyond those listed on the rental agreement are permitted.

Minimum Age to Rent

• The minimum age to rent ranges from 21 to 25 depending on the cabin; most cabins require 25. See the individual cabin page for its requirement.
• Photo ID is required with the reservation.

Payment

A credit card is required for payment. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance — including tax, cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit — is charged 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card is required for the damage deposit.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking. No refunds are given within 30 days of arrival for any reason.

Weather & Driving Conditions

Our cabins are available year-round, so winter weather may come into play. We strongly recommend 4-wheel-drive vehicles during the winter months. We do not provide refunds for inclement weather.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay, in addition to your security deposit. If you notice any damage on arrival, please inform us at check-in.

Smoking

No smoking is permitted inside any cabin under any circumstance. Smoking inside a cabin will result in a fee.

Pets

With the exception of the Valley View cabin, no pets are permitted on the premises at any time.
